Losing a job can be a big problem for everyone. Most of the people or even the whole, depending them life with their income. With that income, people can fulfill their needs and gain a certain satisfaction. That's what makes unemployment a major problem for society. Besides resulting

in decreased quality of life, unemployment too, can eliminate a person's self-confidence because of the social pressures they experienced.

What is unemployment? Unemployment is the condition of person that is not working. This can be caused by many things. Changes of seasons, advances in technology, changes in the economic structure, and changes in politic condition inside the state, can establish this incident.

For example, a farmer may be unemployed if a change of rain season to the dry season. Because he had to wait until it rains to irrigate their fields. Changes in the economic structure from agriculture to industrial goods and services can also lead to unemployment for some people who do not have skills in the industry.

Then, what is the consequences of this problem? Someone who is unemployed, beside can makes him able to fulfill their needs thus lowering their welfare, also arise psychological impact that arising from the public perception of this unemployment. Not only for themselves, unemployment also affects to their offspring. Unemployment can make someone drop out of school due to inability to pay school fees. Poverty and bloomer be the result of all this.

In addition to the unemployed, the state also to feel the impact. Poverty and ignorance can lead to deterioration of a country's economy. Social conflicts were not inevitable. It also resulted in a decline in various aspects of society.

Then, what is the steps that should be done by the community and government to solve unemployment? For the people themselves, entrepreneurship education needs to be instilled from early. Why is this necessary? Entrepreneurship education can be a valuable asset for someone in adulthood later. This education will be a life saver if someone during adulthood, did not get the job. Someone who already have early entrepreneurial education will be able to open the independent business when their all job applications rejected or if they don’t found any job opportunity.

The government can intervene in overcoming this. Workforce training, dissemination of information about employment, transmigration can overcome this problem.

There are unique facts about unemployment. Anyone know what it is? Unemployment rate in a country never reaches zero. Economists still can’t answer that. Clearly, unemployment is always fluctuating continue around the natural rate. Tentative conclusion that can be drawn, is due to labor market conditions are less dynamic. The demand for labor is not directly responded well. It should be a long process to adapt them to the existing supply. This is what makes the unemployment.

Unemployment is a monster that we have eradicated. Increasing of unemployment rate, the burden borne by the government and the people who work also get increased. The unemployed people must divide sufferings because a low level of living standards to the people who work. Why it can be suffered? Because unemployed people do not give contribution for national income per capita but make it lower. This makes a living standard in a country lower. For this we, should prepare as early as possible to avoid this problem. We need to rise our knowledge by studying and studying everywhere, everyday. Don’t let laziness control our life. Don’t let fatuity become our next life. Don’t let ourselves become a burden for our country.
